Alan Jacob Weinberg, Esq.
Attorney Alan “Jake” Weinberg focuses on complex litigation at The Weinberg Law Firm. Jake has responsibility for broad based litigation issues in matters involving product liability, personal injury, third party payor fraud, professional negligence, and environmental law at The Weinberg Law Firm.
He is a talented research and writing attorney, and has written several key briefs filed in the federal and state courts. His efforts include preparing for and handling oral argument on important motion issues. He works closely with his colleague Eric H. Weinberg in all matters.
Weinberg attended Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, where he graduated cum laude in May of 2014, earning both his Juris Doctor and a Certificate in Environmental Law. His interest in Environmental Law was well served during his experience as an intern at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic. The clinic represents Riverkeeper, Inc., a non-profit public interest firm dedicated to the protection of the environment. He also served as a member of the Pace Environmental Law Society.
As an undergraduate, Jake attended Rutgers College, graduating with his bachelor's degree in Economics, with minors in Philosophy, and Urban Planning and Public Policy. While at Rutgers, Jake was a member of the Rutgers Men's Varsity Soccer team. He also actively participated in the Rutgers Big Buddy Program.
