On December 26, workers at the Fedex facility in Anchorage, Alaska were evacuated from the building to make way for firefighters to sweep the facility for hazardous materials. Nothing was found.  Four individuals were sickened on December 20th, three of which were hospitalized. The Anchorage Daily News is now reporting that this is now believed to be caused by a food poisoning outbreak, but there is no food that has been linked to the outbreak.  A spokeswoman, Susan Morgan, from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services stated on Wednesday the 26th that "Staff will be sending clinical and food samples to a reference laboratory for testing today.”
